What is a ship plate bending machine?
EZHONG’s marine three-roll ship plate bending machine is built for shipyard plate forming—especially curved and over-wide workpieces such as bow arc plates and hatch-related components.
Structure
The machine uses a three-roll symmetric layout. The upper roll moves vertically at the center of the two lower rolls under hydraulic force. The lower rolls rotate to provide torque. Multiple backup roller sets under the lower rolls increase rigidity, and a rigid beam with additional upper backup rollers improves upper-roll stiffness for wide plate.

Process benefits called out by EZHONG
Independent drive of the two bottom rolls helps avoid mechanical interference and protects workpiece surface quality. Adjustable backup systems provide flexing compensation for straighter results on long parts.
