Testing was conducted at the EZHONG factory prior to shipment. Without a foundation, a workpiece measuring 80mm*2200mm*1800 in diameter*355mpa was rolled. This 4-roll plate bending machine utilized the latest CNC system. After the operator input the relevant data into the computer, the machine automatically rolled the workpiece into shape according to the designed rolling steps. The workpiece formed had a very short straight edge coefficient and showed no defects, earning appreciation from the customer.
